19th European Young People’s Conference
This conference will be held from July 28 to August 3, 2013, in Poland for young people 13 to 19 years old. Those who are over 22 years old and want to strengthen and support the conference will also be considered. The registration deadline is June 1, 2013. For further information and to register, please go to: www.ypconference.eu. There is also a need for shepherds and for ones to take care of camp activities.
Neighborhood Children’s Meeting Fellowship
A time of fellowship concerning Neighborhood Children’s Meetings will take place on Lord’s Day, June 2 from 5:00-6:00 P.M. at 1900 W. Ball Road. This fellowship is open to all the saints. Those considering hosting or currently hosting a NCM are especially encouraged to attend.

Donation must be included ($155; no late payments, please). Please see the church newsletter for more information.
Applicants for the live training must be 17 years or older. Attendance by young people under the age of 17 is discouraged, and those who are 15 and younger will not be accepted. All underage trainees must be registered for the training full time; part time and shared seats will not be allowed. As required by LSM, to complete the registration process for those who are under 18 years old, a Release of Liability Form (obtained from the church Business Office) signed by a parent or legal guardian must be submitted as part of the application; in addition, for those under 17, a Young People’s Registration Form must be submitted by the elders. These forms must accompany their registration and must be received on the due date, or they will be considered late.

6th Grade Conference Preparation Meeting
A time of fellowship to prepare for the upcoming 6th grade conference will be held on Saturday, April 27, from 9:30A.M. to 12:00 noon at 1916 W. Ball Rd. We would like to ask at least one parent of each sixth grader who is planning to attend the conference, as well as all those who are planning to come as serving ones, to join us for a crucial time of fellowship. Other saints, including college students, who are burdened for the sixth graders are also encouraged to come.
