Change in English-speaking Prayer Meeting
The church in Anaheim will begin this week meeting in two groups for prayer on Tuesday nights. Districts 1 and 2 will meet upstairs on the west end of the hall. Districts 3, 4, and 5 will meet in the room on the north side where the prayer meeting has been in the past.
Group Meeting Fellowship
There will be a one-hour fellowship meeting on Saturday, September 24, at 8 AM regarding the group meetings. Location: District 3, 2528 W. La Palma Ave. All burdened ones are invited to come.
New Church Policy
A video from the session presenting the church’s new Policy for the Protection of Children and Young People is available online at www.churchinanaheim.org/video/PPCYP.mp4. Everyone who serves with children or young people must read the church’s policy, available at www.churchinanaheim.org/PDF/PPCYP.pdf, and sign a Volunteer Agreement.
Gospel Meeting
There will be a gospel meeting on October 15 at the 1853 W. Ball Rd. meeting hall. A love feast will begin at 6:00 p.m.; the meeting will end at 8:30 p.m. Please pray for the gospel to reach the “sons of peace” (Luke 10:6) and consider whom to invite (Matt. 22:10).
