Change in English-speaking Prayer Meeting
The church in Anaheim will begin this week meeting in two groups for prayer on Tuesday nights. Districts 1 and 2 will meet in the downstairs room on the west end of the hall. Districts 3, 4, and 5 will meet in the room on the north side where the prayer meeting has been in the past.
Fellowship Concerning the Young People
There will be a dinner and important fellowship regarding the care for our next generation young people on Saturday, September 17 at District 2 from 6:30 p.m.-9:15 p.m. This meeting will take place at the same time as the young people’s meeting and will be in the same location. We will briefly sing with the young people and then have a separate time in a different room. We encourage all the saints to join us for this critical fellowship as we begin the new school year.
Gospel Meeting
There will be a gospel meeting on October 15 at the 1853 W. Ball Rd. meeting hall. A love feast will begin at 6:00 p.m.; the meeting will end at 8:30 p.m. Please pray for the gospel to reach the “sons of peace” (Luke 10:6) and consider who to invite (Matt. 22:10).
